Recorded live in two improvisational sessions in late 2023, this album was released on January 17, 2025. Produced by Tamara Lindeman and Marcus Paquin, with engineering by Julian Decorte, it features six musicians shaping the music through live improvisation. Lindeman wrote most of the songs and lyrics, with a few tracks improvised by the band. Erin Orsztynova contributes spoken words on track 10. The recording band includes Kieran Adams (drums), Ben Boye (piano, synth, Wurlitzer), Tamara Lindeman (vocals, piano, synth), Philippe Melanson (percussion), Karen Ng (sax, clarinet, flute), and Ben Whiteley (bass, synth). Design and illustrations were done by Jesse Osborne-Lanthier, with photography by Jeff Bierk and lyric consultation by Laurel Sprengelmeyer.
