Classic macaroni and cheese...but better. We've packaged organic whole wheat shells with a packet of white cheddar cheese sauce powder. Just cook up with milk. Yummy!

• Preparation: 16 oz. Azure Organic Whole Wheat Elbows; 4.9 oz. Packet Cheese Seasoning (included); 1 1/4 cup milk. Cook pasta according to directions below, and drain. Return pasta to pan, add milk and cheese seasoning. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and serve. May add 1 Tbsp. butter for richer flavor. Optional: Add cayenne pepper, prepared mustard, or other spices to taste.
• Pasta Cooking instructions: Bring 6 quarts of water and 3 tsp. salt to a rolling boil. Add 1 tsp. oil and pasta. Stir gently until water returns to boil. Cook 3 minutes, then turn off heat. Cover pot 6 minutes or until pasta is tender, yet firm. Pour pasta into colander to drain the water. Pasta will stay warm for up to 15 minutes if you put it back in the pot and cover it.
