String's ever popular 'System' has been given a new use thanks to a weatherproof galvanised coating. Galvanised Steel can be left outside uncovered all year round, making it the perfect material for outdoor furniture, or in this case shelving. The system encourages creativity in spaces of all sizes by offering unlimited options that can be quickly and easily customised to your liking. It also includes pre-configured combinations to simplify your choices.

The panels are available in packs of one or two side panels, with fitting instructions and wall fixings included. The side and floor panels are constructed from galvanised steel. "Wall" options are designed to be fitted solely to the wall, whereas "Floor" options have feet that rest on the floor in addition to the wall fixings. To build a freestanding system, each section requires one upright, and an 85 cm high floor panel must be paired with each upright. Also, for stability in a freestanding shelf with multiple sections, it is recommended to install at least one back panel, ideally positioned in the middle.

Each shelf surface is perforated with small round holes, making it compatible with the 'String Plus' range of accessories. String Plus offers a variety of additional functional possibilities for the system, allowing you to hang tools, garden items, or anything else you can think of.
