2021 La Chaume des Lies Auxey-DuressPinot Noir from a 0. 9ha parcel of southern facing vines that are over 80 years old. The parcel is a stones throw from Domaine dAuvenay's Les Clous lieu dit, and is 275M above sea level. The soils are made up of clay and limestone, as well as small and large stones. Whole bunch maceration for 15 days, then aged in used barrels for 14 months. Not fined or filtered. 1g hl SO2 added just before bottling. 12% alc.
