Imported Brown Rice Vinegar

Mild and sweet, traditionally brewed. All purpose seasoning for salads, dips and dressings. Eden select whole grain brown rice vinegar is made using 1000 year old traditional techniques. Made from only rice and well water in unglazed earthenware, it's exposed to the seasonal variations of temperature and humidity for three years and then lightly filtered through cotton. This painstaking process produces an exceptional vinegar with a smooth, sweet, right flavor. "Sushi" means "vinegared rice" and it's this type of vinegar that has made Sushi popular all over the world. Acidity: 4.4%.
