Intricately carved Angel Skin Coral Rooster pendant bead. This is a vintage Japanese figural piece, in the form of a rooster. It is a pink color, with some splashes of darker salmon pink. There is a hole straight through the middle of its back, so it could be used as a pendant or charm. One of a kind piece carved from natural coral that has not been dyed. It is 29mm long and stands 24mm high. 

The rooster holds a special meaning in many cultures and is the tenth animal in the Chinese Zodiac. The Rooster is often regarded as a symbol of perseverance, hard work, punctuality, and a great thirst for knowledge.
