Perhaps your first suiseki? This Abegawa stone comes from the Abe river in Shizuoka prefecture, Japan and would be classified either as a mountain stone or waterfall. This kind of stone can form a useful part of a display, or simply enjoyed on it's own.
The daiza has been handmade from wood for this stone and pairs well with it.

The Abe river is in Shizuoka prefecture, originating somewhere between Oyamine, Hachikōrei and Abe Pass, and travelling 53.km to Suruga Bay. It is a well known source of waterfall and mountain stones, and Iron round stones.
