Itinerary:

9:00 AM - 9:45 AM: Aerial Yoga
Start your day with an invigorating Aerial Yoga session. This practice combines traditional yoga poses and pilates with the use of a hammock. Aerial Yoga enhances flexibility, strength, and balance, all while giving you a fun, new perspective on your practice.

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Yin Yoga
Transition into a calming Yin Yoga session. This class focuses on slow, deep stretches that target the connective tissues and joints. Yin Yoga is perfect for increasing circulation, improving flexibility, and finding a deeper sense of relaxation.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Early Lunch
Enjoy a nutritious early lunch. This is a great time to nourish your body, relax, and socialise with fellow participants. Grab coffee and enjoy the surroundings of the Yoga Squad facility and unwind from the morning's activities. 

12:00 PM - 5:00 PM: TRX Yoga Foundations
Dive into our comprehensive TRX Yoga Foundations workshop. This session will cover the fundamentals of TRX Yoga, which combines the principles of TRX suspension training with yoga. Learn how to build core strength, enhance stability, and improve overall fitness using TRX equipment.

End of Day Q&A with Caroline, Owner of Yoga Squad UK
After the sessions, Caroline, the founder of Yoga Squad UK, will be available to answer any questions. Hear about her journey in starting and growing her yoga business, her passion for yoga, and her insights into the practice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain inspiration and practical advice from a seasoned professional.

Social Gathering at the Local Pub
To conclude our day, we invite all participants to join us at a local pub for a drink. This is a wonderful chance to unwind, network, and enjoy some informal time together. Everyone is welcome, and we look forward to getting to know you better in a relaxed setting.

CANCELLATION

• Registration fees are non-refundable; should TRX need to cancel the course for whatever reason, registrants will receive a complete refund or credit towards another course.
• Requests to change registration from one course to another must be made to TRX via email at [email protected] at least 14 days for IN PERSON
• Registrants may transfer their course registration to someone else for a $50 fee.
