'Alexander’ is a classical male torso bust sculpture after the antique — long hair swept back, jaw set, gaze fixed upward with the kind of certainty that belongs to conquerors and gods. The face carries real intensity, and the contrast between the smoother, more refined features and the dramatically raw, fragmented torso gives him an extraordinary presence.

The aged stone-effect finish in warm sandy tones reads as genuinely excavated from across a room.
