Directions & Precautions

Not suitable for those under 15 years or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Not recommended for those with caffeine-sensitivity, diabetes or those on anti-depressant medication. Each capsules contains approximately the amount of caffeine contained in one cup of brewed coffee – reduce dietary caffeine intake while taking this product.
May cause sleeplessness and increased heart rate.
Not to be taken by those with high blood pressure, heart disease, liver disease, stomach ulcers or anxiety.
Weight management products should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet, exercise programme and lifestyle changes.

Take 1 capsule daily with food or 30 minutes prior to exercise. Taking later in the day may cause sleeplessness in sensitive individuals due to the caffeine content. Do not exceed recommended dose.
