Pro-Resolving Mediators (PRMs) are a product developed by Thorne Research. This product comes in a bottle containing 60 gel caps. The essential role of these capsules is to aid in resolving inflammation in the body.

The primary ingredients in PRMs are omega-3 fatty acids derived from fish (anchovy, sardine or mackerel). Each gel cap consists of 300 mg of SPM (Specialized Pro-resolving Mediators) Active which includes 18-hydroxy-eicosapentaenoic acid (18-HEPE) and 17-hydroxy-docosahexaenoic acid (17-HDHA).

This product does not contain gluten, nor does it contain any genetically modified organisms (GMO-free). Thorne Research's PRMs are free from artificial preservatives and sweeteners. Additionally, this product does not contain any soy, dairy, shellfish, corn, or peanuts.

The recommended dosage is 2 gel caps, taken one to two times daily unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional. Thorne Research's PRMs gel capsules are encapsulated in a bovine-based gelatin making it unsuitable for vegetarians or vegans.

The product is packaged in a small brown bottle with a clearly marked label. This product has undergone testing for product potency and purity. However, the efficacy and safety of this product may not have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
