Thrivagen's bottle comes with a dropper which makes it easy to use; adults are advised to take 2 pumps orally. Each serving contains 67mg of the herbal blend and it can be taken up to two times daily, or as directed by a physician. It doesn't need any dilution and should be held in the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing.
