This state-of-the-art spring loaded mounting hardware system is designed to withstand all the elements. The base is made of rust-proof cast aluminum accompanied with fiberglass arms. These spring-tensioned assemblies respond to winds quickly, flexing with the wind vertically and horizontally to dramatically reduce the wind load on banners by spilling some of the wind load off of them as the fiberglass arms flex. Sometimes referred to as boulevard pole brackets, these are the systems used in cities across the nation. Simple one-time hardware installation, then easily change out just the banners as often as you like.
