Solgar Calcium Magnesium Plus Zinc provides a combination of these vital minerals to help support bone health, aid a healthy pregnancy, and provide premenstrual support in women, or anyone with frequent skin breakouts.

Calcium provides the building blocks that help keep bones and teeth strong and healthy. It also supports the health of the colon, heart, musculoskeletal and nervous systems.
Magnesium helps to regulate calcium transport and stimulates the secretion of calcitonin, a hormone that aids in the influx of calcium into bone. It plays an important role in protein formation and healthy muscle function.

This formulation also contains Zinc, a trace mineral that plays a role in the synthesis of collagen in bone tissue.

Bulking Agents: Microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin
Zinc (as gluconate) 15mg
Cellulose gum

Also contains:
Glazing Agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)
Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid
Colour: Titanium dioxide.
