ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Rebecca Heller, a Los Angeles based creative, is the author of various works of fiction and non-fiction. A surfer girl with family ties to Hawaii, she has a deep love of the ocean and all of its inhabitants. Heller spends her days as a high-school college counselor and mommy to a precocious five-year-old whose curiosity for animals became the inspiration for the book. Her hope is to inspire even the youngest readers to care for these playful marine mammals to ensure not only their conservation and protection, but that of their ocean home.

ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR Suzie Mason is a freelance illustrator who draws lovely things--from animals to fairies to multicolored pumpkins--and adores using bright colors to create happy artwork. She is the New York Times best-selling illustrator of I've Loved You Since Forever, written by Hoda Kotb, and the illustrator of Elephants, written by Rebecca Heller. Suzie works in her little house in beautiful Bournville, England, where she lives with her husband and ball-of-fuzz kitty.
