How It Works

1. Upload Your Photo

   • Choose a clear, naturally lit photo of your pet.

   • Avoid heavy shadows or blurry images - the laser engraver will replicate the photo exactly as it is.

   • Pro tip: Lighter bottle colours (like blue, pink, lilac) produce the crispest results. We don’t engrave portraits onto brown bottles.

2. Choose Your Style

   • Head Only or Full Body engraving.

3. Select Proof Option

   • Want peace of mind? Add a proof video (+$5) and we’ll email you a test engraving before we proceed.

   • Happy to trust our judgement? Select “No Proof” and we’ll engrave straight away.

4. Pick Your Pet Count

   • Engrave 1, 2, 3 or even 4 pets on the same bottle.

5. Assign to Bottle

   • Ordering multiple bottles? Just let us know which bottle(s) you’d like engraved.

6. We Engrave & Dispatch

   • No proof selected = dispatch within 1 business day.

   • Proof selected = we’ll send your proof within 48–72 hours for approval before engraving.
