Warranty Concerns: Meucci’s new ownership has implemented a policy that only covers performance-impacting manufacturing defects, excluding cosmetic issues like premature yellowing and fill imperfections. These terms fail to support customers experiencing known quality issues.
Manufacturing Quality: Budget Billiards has observed multiple quality concerns with Meucci products, including inconsistent veneer stains, cosmetic defects, and improperly filled holes in plastic components. While we’ve attempted to address these issues, Meucci’s response has been unsatisfactory, and the current policy does not address these problems.
Limited Edition Integrity: Although this Meucci Gem-6 model was released as an exclusive, it is unknown whether the new owners will continue to honor its limited status. Despite our feedback, they have not honored prior limited-edition cues, leaving us uncertain about their commitment to maintaining exclusivity for this and other models.
