Ingredients

Each serve of 3 tablets contains:

• Hydrolysed bovine collagen - 3g
• Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) - 30mg
• Biotin - 250mcg
• Other ingredients - magnesium stearate
• No gluten, soy, wheat, lactase, or artificial flavours
• May contain trace amounts of naturally occuring sulphite residue.

Directions & Precautions

Take 3 tablets daily with a glass of water.
