This is a sweet HTV Valve inspired adjustment knob for the HTC Vive Deluxe Audio Strap. I've incorporated a real metal bolt for some added realism! lol It's a sweet little knob and does make adjusting the headset easier (especially if you have a battery on the back and use the large knob, it clears the battery and is really easy to access). It just pops over the stock adjustment dial and is easy to install.
