Directions & Precautions
While oral MSM is thought to have an additive effect with blood thinning medications, it is unlikely that topical application of MSM will have any impact on blood coagulation. As a precautionary measure monitor coagulation levels when taking blood thinning medication, particularly when commencing use. If pregnant or planning to become pregnant, consult your health professional before taking this supplement.

Adults (12 years and older): Apply 2 sprays into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily.

Children 2 to 11 years: Apply 1 spray into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily.
