0.005grams of dried herb equivalent (all herbs) per 5 drops: Corydalis ambigua, Eschscholzia californica, Humulus lupus, Lavandula officinalis, Matricaria recutita, Melissa officinalis, Passiflora incarnate, Piper methysticum, Piscidia piscipula, Scutellaria lateriflora, Silybum marianum, Tila sp., Zizyphus jujuba, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid). Homeopathic Preparations in 6X potency: Chamomilla, Valeriana Officinalis, Gentian lutea, Hypericum, Kali phos., Mag phos., Melatonin, Nux vomica, Passiflora, Pulsatilla. Bach Flower Essences: White Chestnut, Star of Bethlehem, Clematis, Cherry Plum, Rock Rose.

Directions & Precautions


For the first week take 10 drops under the tongue each 1/2 hour starting 2 hours before bed. After the first week take 5-10 drops 1/2 hour and immediately before retiring.
