Vintage 60s Baroque Print Day Dress Switchable Skirt Ensemble

Two dresses in one! This long sleeved beauty features a top that is a baroque floral print, with a mock turtleneck collar and darts at the bust. The waist is cinched with a belt in black that is wide and adjustable. The black skirt is cut on an A line and features buttons down the front. That is dress one! There is an elastic waist skirt panel in matching floral print that can go over the black skirt part of this dress and transform it into a single, bold print beauty! The patterned skirt matches the smooth, printed fabric of the top of the dress!
