Do I need to paint each piece separately, or can I assemble first?

Paint each piece before final assembly. This ensures complete coverage on all edges and seams, prevents overspray buildup in tight gaps, and lets you handle panels freely during the paint and cure process. Once cured and assembled, touch-ups are much harder.

Will I need seam tape or gap filler between the panels?

Seam tape is recommended where panels meet at body lines. FRP kits typically have small gaps by design to allow for panel fitment variation. Choose flexible urethane or silicone-based seam sealer to bridge these gaps after assembly and before final detailing. This prevents water intrusion and creates a seamless visual line.

Can I install this myself, or do I need a shop?

DIY installation is possible with basic hand tools and a clean, level workspace. Dry-fit all 11 pieces first to check alignment and identify any trimming needed. Take photos before removal of the original panels, and use a helper for larger sections.
