This special chocolate not only gives the heavenly a special pink color, but also makes it taste fruity. Ruby chocolate is a new type of chocolate, such as whole milk or dark chocolate, so it is naturally pink. The unique Ruby cocoa beans get their unique color from roasting and fermentation using a specific technique. Not only the colour, but also the taste completely separates the Ruby chocolate from the already known varieties. The natural taste of Ruby chocolate is intensely fruity with a slightly sour note.
