A Pocket Guide to the Birds of Lofoten. Volume II

This book is a supplemet to  the book "A Pocket Guide to the Birds of Lofoten." which was published in 2008. This time a considerable number of new, and in some cases rare, species observed in the Lofoten Islands are presented, together with new texts and new and improved photos of some of the species dealt with in Volume 1. The texts are for the most part more specifically concerned with Lofoten and in many cases assesments of stocks are made in accordance with the IUCN Redlist and information about observations of the various species in Lofoten.

Dette er et supplementsbind til boka ”Lofoten - en fugleguide i lommeformat” som kom ut i 2008. Denne gangen presenteres en mengde nye og til dels sjeldne arter som er observert i Lofoten, samt nye tekster og nye og bedre bilder av noen av artene som ble omhandlet i Bind I. Tekstene i dette bindet er også i all hovedsak enda mer knyttet til Lofoten og det gis i mange tilfeller bestandsvurderinger iht. IUCNs rødliste, samt informasjon om funn av artene i Lofoten.
