To sync the transmitter with the receiver:
Press and hold the music button on the receiver for 5 seconds. While holding it, press the transmitter button once. You will hear the watch confirm a successful connection.

To change and lock your favorite ringtone:
 Before plugging in the receiver, press and hold the volume button. Plug the receiver into a power source – when the light turns on, release the volume button and press the music button to select your ringtone. Then press the volume button again and quickly double-tap the transmitter to lock in your selection.
