receive SMS messages from WorkOne Western Indiana.

• Program enrollment or eligibility updates
• Service notifications and deadlines
• Career, training, or employment-related information
• Two-way service or administrative communications

SMS messages may be sent directly by WorkOne Western Indiana or by authorized service providers
acting solely to support program operations and communications.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
