On Thursday May 14th, WorkOne partnered with the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce, INBLN (Indiana Business Leaders Network) and the Disability Employment Initiative to host an audience of over 100 people representing local employers for "Making Diversity Work".
Our guest speakers were Ted Childs, formerly of IBM Human Resources and Deb Dagit former Diversity Officer of Merck & Co. Ted and Deb provided great insights from their careers as champions of the benefits of a diverse workforce.
In addition to their prepared discussion, the speakers took questions from the audience.
